Andrea Markulis holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago and brings over a decade of hands-on experience — from Architecture & Design Intern, to Design Director overseeing construction at Silver Leaf Construction, to Senior Interior Designer.
That rare combination of architectural training and real-world construction management means Andrea catches problems before they're built, coordinates seamlessly with contractors, and delivers spaces that look exactly as designed — on time and on budget.
Based in the Chicago suburbs, she serves clients across Burr Ridge, La Grange, Riverside, and the broader Chicagoland area. Services include full-service residential design, kitchen & bath selections, construction coordination, and furniture & styling packages.
